KWMotorsport Ltd (KWM) was founded in 2003 by Kieron Salter and Will Phillips after the collapse of Reynard Motorsport in 2002 specifically to offer Engineering, Design, Manufacture and Project Management services to the motorsport and the niche vehicle sector.

Each with over 10 years of Motorsport experience and a mixture of strong commercial and strong technical skills, Salter & Phillips are uniquely equipped to manage this motorsport venture and your motorsport projects.
